Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing are provided for convenience and are subject to change without notice. For prescription eyewear and contact lenses we require a valid, current prescription from a qualified eye-care professional. By submitting a prescription you confirm it is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a prescription is invalid, expired, illegible, or poses a safety concern.

Standard shipping orders will be processed and shipped with USPS within about 1 business day. Shipping time is estimated to be 3-5 business days from when your order ships out. Today's charge will appear as primevisionclinic.com on your credit card statement.
Ordering, Payment & Pricing
Order acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment: Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods indicated on the Site. Pricing: All prices are shown in the currency indicated and exclude applicable taxes, shipping and handling, unless otherwise stated. Taxes: You are responsible for paying any sales, use, or other taxes as required by law.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Title transfers according to applicable law. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns & exchanges: Our returns and exchange policy is available on the Site. Prescription eyewear and contact lenses may have special return/exchange rules. Defective or damaged items: Report defects or shipping damage within the timeframe specified on the Site to be eligible for replacement or refund. Refund processing: Refunds will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable time after acceptance of a return.
Tele-optometry & Medical Disclaimer
Telehealth consultations and online vision services are not a replacement for in-person care where required. They are subject to availability and local regulations.
